God rest ye merry, gentlemen Let nothing you dismay Remember, Christ, our Saviour Was born on Christmas day To save us all from Satan's power When we were gone astray O tidings of comfort and joy, Comfort and joy O tidings of comfort and joy From God our Heavenly Father A blessed Angel came; And unto certain Shepherds Brought tidings of the same: How that in Bethlehem was born The Son of God by Name. O tidings of comfort and joy, Comfort and joy O tidings of comfort and joy

I want to go cut down my Christmas tree And drink cocoa with you, I want to decorate it from head to toe In silver and blue Let's go carolling and have a snowball fight I bet you'll lose I'll take a sleigh ride with you by my side I'm falling for you Falling, just watch me falling Head over heals for you (falling) Baby, don't try to save me Just as the snow's falling I'm falling for you You can tie my skates, we'll make figure eights Come hold my hand, I know you're trying to impress, I got to look my best You want to be my man Falling, just watch me falling Head over heals for you (falling) Baby, don't try to save me Just as the snow's falling I'm falling for you

It came upon the midnight clear, that glorious song of old, from angels bending near the earth to touch their harps of gold: "Peace on the earth, good will to men, from heaven's all-gracious King." The world in solemn stillness lay, to hear the angels sing. Still through the cloven skies they come with peaceful wings unfurled, and still their heavenly music floats o'er all the weary world; above its sad and lowly plains, they bend on hovering wing, and ever o'er its Babel sounds the blessed angels sing.

It's Christmas, my favourite time of year But I seemed to have lost focus The house is all prepared, but My heart doesn't nearly feel there I want you to be not just a declaration But the reason for celebration I want all hearts to know Why there's Jesus in the Manger, He shouldn't be a stranger, This Christmas God, I realize That all this must hurt you We really missed the point, But I'll try my best to change that I want you to be not just a declaration But the reason for celebration I want all hearts to know Why there's Jesus in the Manger, He shouldn't be a stranger, This Christmas We've tried for years To fill our hearts with things that don't last So I want you to be not just a declaration But the reason for celebration I want all hearts to know Why there's Jesus in the Manger, He shouldn't be a stranger, This Christmas We've finally found something that lasts It's you

Waiting each day by the temple doors Looking for the one who's to come One who was promised long ago God's only Son To see him with my own failing eyes Is my only desire before I die Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms In my old age I've waited long Waited for the Promised One Sleepless I have pondered long Listening for the Messiah's call But I know this hour of seeing him face to face All the sorrow in a way will be erased Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms Now let your servant depart in peace For I've seen the coming of the Lord The consolation of the whole Earth The light of the world (Oooh) Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms Could this be the Saviour, coming as a child Beautiful Creator, resting in my arms

In the bleak midwinter, frosty wind made moan, earth stood hard as iron, water like a stone; snow had fallen, snow on snow, in the bleak midwinter, long ago. Angels and archangels may have gathered there, cherubim and seraphim rising in the air; but his mother Mary, in her maiden bliss, worshiped the beloved with a kiss. Heaven cannot hold him, nor can earth sustain; heaven and earth shall fall away when he reigns. What can I give him, poor as I am? If I were a shepherd, I would bring a lamb; if I were a Wise Man, I would do my part; What then can I give him: I will give my heart.
7.
Lullay, Thou little tiny Child, By, by, lully, lullay. O sisters, too, how may we do, For to preserve this day; This poor Youngling for whom we sing, By, by, lully, lullay. Herod the King, in his raging, Charged he hath this day; His men of might, in his own sight, All children young, to slay. That woe is me, poor Child, for Thee, And ever mourned day; For Thy parting, neither say nor sing, By, by, lully, lullay. Lullay, Thou little tiny Child. By, by, lully, lullay.

Come, thou long expected Jesus, born to set thy people free; from our fears and sins release us, let us find our rest in thee. Israel's strength and consolation, hope of all the earth thou art; dear desire of every nation, joy of every longing heart. Born thy people to deliver, born a child and yet a King, born to reign in us forever, now thy gracious kingdom bring. By thine own eternal spirit rule in all our hearts alone; by thine all sufficient merit, raise us to thy glorious throne.
9.
O little town of Bethlehem How still we see thee lie Above thy deep and dreamless sleep The silent stars go by Yet in thy dark streets shineth The everlasting Light The hopes and fears of all the years Are met in thee tonight For Christ is born of Mary And gathered all above While mortals sleep, the angels keep Their watch of wondering love O morning stars together Proclaim the holy birth And praises sing to God the King And Peace to men on earth We hear the Christmas angels The great glad tidings tell O come to us, abide with us Our Lord Emmanuel
10.
Heaven breaking in Our Emmanuel Cold and starry night Then the angels tell Fear not, fear not For a Saviour's come to you He is Christ the Lord You shall find him wrapped in swaddling cloths And lying in a manger Away in a manger Let the Christ child in Away in a manger Let him free you from all sin God became a man Such a mystery With us he came to dwell He says to you and me Fear not, fear not For a Saviour's come to you He is Christ the Lord You shall him in my people You shall find him in the streets You shall see him in their laughter In the bitter and the sweet Away in a manger Let the Christ child in Away in a manger Let him free you from all sin Oh come Emmanuel (8x) Oh come, oh come Emmanuel And ransom captive Israel That mourns in lonely exile here Until the Son of God appears Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel, shall come to thee, Oh Israel Oh come thou Dayspring, come and cheer Our spirits by thine Advent here Disperse the gloomy clouds of night And death's dark shadow put to flight Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel, shall come to thee, Oh Israel Oh come, Desire of nations, bind All peoples in one heart and mind Did envy, strife, and quarrel cease Fill the whole world with Heaven's peace Rejoice! Rejoice! Emmanuel, shall come to thee, Oh Israel Oh come Emmanuel (8x) Away in a manger Let the Christ Child in Away in a manger Let him free from all sins

Away in a manger, no crib for a bed The little Lord Jesus lay down His sweet head The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay The little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay Be near me, Lord Jesus, I ask Thee to stay Close by me for ever and love me, I pray Bless all the dear children in Thy tender care And take us to Heaven to live with Thee the Turn your eyes upon Jesus, Look full in His wonderful face, And the things of earth will grow strangely dim, In the light of His glory and grace
